What are your Terms & Conditions, including deposits and cancellations?
Our Terms & Conditions outline many important policies. Please take the time to review as all of our travelers are required to read our Terms & Conditions in full and to complete, sign and return our Application, Waiver and Release of Liability.

How much is the deposit? When is it due?
The deposit is $1,000 per person and must be received to begin confirmation of an itinerary. Payment of your deposit indicates agreement to our Terms & Conditions and agreement to complete, sign and return our Application, Waiver and Release of Liability.

When is my final payment due?
Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure.

I want to earn frequent flyer miles. Do you take all credit cards?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What is the Journeyer Club? How do I receive the benefits?
Once you have completed land travel booked through Asia Transpacific Journeys, you will enjoy automatic membership in our Journeyer Club. These benefits and rewards are our way of saying thanks for choosing Asia Transpacific Journeys.
